You are a skilled primary relationship builder with deep credentials and a talent for human interaction. You listen to, understand and anticipate client needs. You oversee and help deliver the kind of creative marketing communications and strategic thinking that smashes established category assumptions. You never cease to find new ideas and opportunities to strengthen and expand both the client’s and the agency’s businesses. As a key collaborator, you know how to unite and motivate various departments toward a common goal.


As an Account Director, you will be the primary liaison between the agency and your assigned line of business. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Providing solutions based on your understanding of the client’s business beyond the marketing aspect
  • Understanding the multicultural landscape beyond shallow cultural generalizations
  • Collaborating closely with both partner agencies and internal creative and production departments to build integrated campaigns
  • Managing the needs of team members to maximize learning and productivity while minimizing turnover; motivating and inspiring direct reports
  • Partnering with senior-level clients to strengthen the relationship with the agency
  • Participating in the new hire process and finding ways to attract top talent
  • Developing scopes of work, fee structures and staffing plans and then managing to them in a way that maximizes agency’s profitability
  • Managing finance process of estimates and invoices to ensure timely payment
